Musical Encounters. We have been a Canadian Music Store Business since
1989 serving customers in Pembroke Ontario Canada and the
Ottawa Valley.
Musical Encounters is one of the largest Music Book Stores
in the Ottawa Valley specializing in piano books, guitar,
vioin and vocal books. We now have secure online ordering for
Canadian customers.
We now offer an online option as well as at our physical
address
at 557 Pembroke Street East in Pembroke Ontario Canada.
We deal almost exclusively in music books and musical
accessories
such as strings, picks, tuners for Guitar's and Violins and
novelty items. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
and
to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order in
a reasonable timely manner but sometimes due to backorder
issues with our suppliers this may cause delays. We will
contact you if it is going to be a lengthy wait to receive your
backorder.If so desired we can refund your money . We
deal with Pay Pal to process your credit cards or you can use
your Pay Pal Account.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST ( hamonized Sales tax
) will not apply to books only the 5%GST portion will apply to
the books. All other products will be charged the full HST tax
of 13%. We ship exclusively with Canada Post .
